Return & Store Credit Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please contact us through our email at: firstname.lastname@example.org for all returns. We only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds, however we do offer store credit for your return which never expires. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received your purchase for an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and with tags attached
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
*SALE Items are NOT eligible for returns.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your store credit or exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit for to use either in store on online.
